There is a vast difference between the cheap equipment available from th high street electronics stores and truly professional kit, and most second-hand equipment sold on ebay is battered and worn out.  (We know this becuase we sell off our old kit on ebay ourselves.)

It may be cost-effective to buy or hire your own equipment for a low key party, but it will probably be a poor match for one of our professional systems for providing the right atmosphere and sound quality.  We use high quality equipment from reputable manufacturers and all of it is regularly maintained so that it is at peak performance.
